1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stakebet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms (such as the Welcome Bonus Terms and Affiliate Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where Stakebet is restricted from operating. Stakebet may decline registrations or deposits at its discretion based on the player’s location.
You must use your own funds. Gambling with funds belonging to a third party is prohibited.
You must not be self-excluded from any other licensed gambling operator at the time of registration.

3. Your account

3.1 One account per person. Detection of multiple accounts may result in closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances (deposits are always returned to the source of deposit).

3.2 You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA token confidential. Activity originating from a correctly authenticated session is presumed to be your activity.

3.3 Username and profile information must not be obscene, infringing, or impersonating. We may rename accounts that violate this.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only.
Deposits credit to your account after the on-chain confirmation threshold for the network (USDT-TRC20: 19, BTC: 2, ETH: 12, LTC: 6, TRX: 19, SOL: 32).
Deposits below the network minimum or to expired addresses may be lost or require manual recovery. We make best-effort recovery but cannot guarantee it.
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. You may request a return of an unused deposit to the sending address, less network fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in the same currency they were credited in, unless you specifically request conversion (subject to availability and spread).
Network fees on withdrawals are passed through at the live rate; we do not mark them up.
You must whitelist a destination address before your first withdrawal. New addresses enter a 24-hour cooldown.
Withdrawals above $1,000 USD equivalent may be held for manual approval (typically within 1 business hour).
If you have an active welcome bonus with incomplete wagering, withdrawals are blocked until wagering completes or the bonus is voided.

6. Game fairness

6.1 Originals (Dice, Crash, Mines, Coinflip, Plinko, Limbo, Keno) are provably fair: every result is derived from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, "${clientSeed}:${nonce}"). Verify any past result at /provably-fair using the seed pair and nonce.

6.2 Third-party games (slots, live dealer, table games) use independently audited RNGs operated by the game provider. We do not have access to or influence over their outcomes beyond what their API exposes.

Multiple accounts.
Use of bots, scripts, or automation to wager or to manipulate game state.
Collusion (coordinated play between accounts to extract value from the house or other players).
Exploiting bugs in good or bad faith. If you find a bug, report it to security@neonspin.stakebet.gg; we run an informal bug-bounty.
Chargebacks or payment reversals — cryptocurrencies do not have chargebacks, but if your payment provider performs one we close the account and pursue recovery.
Use of a VPN to evade geographic restrictions.

8. Responsible gambling

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stakebet’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the funds in your account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes

Material changes to these terms are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your funds before the change takes effect.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms (with the Privacy Policy and product-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and Stakebet on the subject and supersede prior representations.
