1. Program
1.1 Stakebet (“we”) operates an affiliate program through which independent marketers (“you”) earn commission on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by players you refer.
1.2 These terms govern your participation. Acceptance happens at sign-up; continued participation is continued acceptance.
2. Commission
2.1 NGR = (gross win on referred players) − (bonuses paid to referred players) − (payment processing fees) − (chargebacks).
2.2 Tier rates as published on the affiliate landing page. Tier upgrades evaluate monthly on the 1st.
2.3 Founders’ Affiliate Program (first 50 partners): no negative carryover. Standard program (51st partner and after): net-negative NGR months carry forward against future commission.
2.4 Sub-affiliate: 5% of any commission paid to a partner you refer to the program. Two tiers deep maximum.
3. Payouts
- Weekly. Monday-Sunday reporting; Wednesday payout by 23:59 UTC.
- USDT-TRC20 by default. BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL on request once accumulated >$1k USD equivalent.
- Minimum 50 USDT. Balances below this roll forward to the following week.
- KYC required above $2k/month total payout: passport plus selfie. We may delay payout up to 14 days for KYC review.
4. Banned tactics — instant termination
- Spam: unsolicited email, mass DM, Discord raids, Telegram bombing.
- Brand bidding: paid ads on “stakebet” or close variants on any search engine.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, fabricated screenshots, false ROI claims.
- Self-referral: registering players you control (family, secondary accounts, paid-to-register services).
- False claims about Stakebet’s licensing, ownership, RTP, or game fairness.
- Promotion to restricted countries (§6).
- Any tactic that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Attribution
5.1 30-day cookie. Last-click wins.
5.2 Once a player registers with your code, they are attributed to you for the lifetime of their account, even if they later clear cookies or come back through a different channel.
5.3 If two affiliates refer the same player on the same day, the last click before registration wins. No splits, no negotiations.
6. Traffic origin
You may not direct traffic from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where Stakebet is restricted from operating. Stakebet may, at its discretion, refuse to credit commissions on players from jurisdictions Stakebet does not serve. Affiliates are responsible for understanding the regulatory status of online gambling in the regions they target.
7. Changes, suspension, termination
7.1 We may change rates, tiers, or terms with 30-day written notice (email or Telegram).
7.2 Founders’ Affiliate Program benefits (including no negative carryover) are grandfathered for the first 50 partners; future term changes do not remove them.
7.3 We may suspend or terminate you immediately for any breach of §4 or §6. Accrued commission for legitimate traffic is paid out within 30 days.
7.4 You may terminate anytime. Accrued commission is paid out on the next regular Wednesday.
8. Confidentiality
Do not share your dashboard, your traffic stats, or your commission rate publicly. Internal discussion in your team is fine.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the commission paid to you in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Stakebet’s holding entity. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration; venue and rules as designated in writing upon dispute commencement.
